*People don't always need to have their way but they do need to have their way considered.
*Ownership of a vision matters.
*You should cast your vision to your leaders. If it dosent move your leaders it WILL NOT move your church.
*Vision Decleration is a team sport.
*Great leaders spend more time refining the vision rather then claiming it.
*Vision leaks, people will forget.
*People in your church have lives outside of the church.
*We should be the 1st to reach a hand over the racial divide.
*People will only own a vision to the extent they think you are going to won it.
*We need to commit longer then until it gets difficult.
*WOULD YOU BE WILLING TO DIE FOR THE VISION GOD HAS GIVEN YOU?
