Carly Fiorina Session 2



*I was not a gifted child but my parents were a gift to me.
*Sometimes knowing the answer is less important then asking the right question.
*Nothing worhtwhile happens with one person working alone.
*Many fears are stupid but they are real.
*Other peoples fears are not your burden.
*If you cant move a team nothing will happen.
*The vision needs to be greater then the fear.
*Leasership is sending people in a new direction.
*Your vision must include the reality of the work it wil take.
*Leadership is about seing and unlocking potential in others.
*Some of the best lessons I learned were from bosses who taught me what NOT to do.
*Leaders need objectivity.
*Passion can blind or motivate.
