For those of you who use gmail I just found this cool little gadget. (I think you can use it for other emails but I only got it to work for gmail) Its called Send2Email and after installing it you are able to right click any file on your computer and with one click send it to yourself in your email. It's basically creating a backup of everything you need with one click. You can get all the details here.

Rachel does her homework on this computer and saves it to the computer then has to email everything to herself so she can get it at school. Makes things quite a bit faster and easier.
